A service for caterers

Your listing brings you the customer.
Your website is what makes them book you.

Every week people come to this directory looking for catering for a wedding, a company lunch or a staff canteen. We put you in front of them. What happens next happens on your website: either there is a form and a fast reply, or the booking goes to someone else.

The audit

We audited the 946 websites
our listings link to

One by one, in September 2026. What is wrong is not the technical side — the security padlock and the phone version are sorted on almost all of them — it is the commercial one: most catering websites explain very well who they are, but they are not built to collect an enquiry.

65%

have no form at all on the homepage

Someone in a hurry has to go hunting for a way to get in touch. Most of them do not: they go back to Google and open the next caterer.

Only 23%

have a real quote request form

One in four asks for what you actually need in order to price a job: the date, the number of guests and the type of event. The rest get a bare “can you send me prices?” and start again from scratch.

82%

have no quote button on the homepage

Asking for a price should be the most visible action on a caterer's homepage. It almost never is.

40%

have no WhatsApp and no tappable phone number

On a phone, a number you cannot tap is a number nobody rings. And a phone is how nearly everyone arrives.

56%

show no review and no testimonial

Anyone about to trust you with the food at their wedding wants proof before promises. More than half show none.

8%

do not respond or return an error

78 of the 946 websites were down on the day of the audit. Those are quotes nobody ever got to ask for.

What you get

Six pieces that turn
a visitor into an enquiry

This is not about a pretty website. It is about a website built so that someone who has never heard of you can ask for a price in under two minutes, from a phone, on a Saturday night.

01

A quote form built around guest numbers

The field that changes everything. Date, guest numbers, type of event and city: the enquiry lands with what you need to price it, instead of a “how much do you charge?” you have to answer with another question.

02

A gallery built for phones

Your weddings and events get looked at on a handset, held upright, often on a poor connection. The photos are prepared properly and kept light, so the gallery loads before the visitor runs out of patience.

03

Weddings and events kept apart from corporate

A bride and an office manager are not after the same thing and do not type the same words into Google. Each line of business gets its own structure, gallery and form, so Google can show each one on its own.

04

Showing up on Google for “catering in your city”

The structure, the titles and the copy are prepared for searches with a city in them, which are the ones that bring someone who can genuinely book you this season.

05

Your Google listing and your reviews

Your Google listing connected to the site, and the reviews where the decision is made: next to the form, not buried in a testimonials page nobody opens.

06

Ready for the Kit Digital grant

The site is delivered ready to be submitted under Kit Digital, Spain's public grant scheme for small-business digitalisation, if your company meets the requirements.

The full circuit

The directory brings the enquiry.
Your website decides if they book you.

They are two halves of the same circuit, and failing at either one costs exactly the same: the event goes to somebody else.

01

Your listing shows up

You are in the directory by catering type and by city. On a Verified or Featured plan, ahead of the basic listings wherever people are comparing.

02

The enquiry arrives

The directory's quote form collects the request — date, guest numbers, type of event — and emails it to you with the details already sorted.

03

Your website wins the job

Before replying to you, that person looks you up. They check your photos, your reviews and your form. That is where the quote is won or lost, and that is where we cannot go for you.

Not Verified or Featured yet? See the directory plans.

Catering SEO — from €290 a month

For when the website is fine and what is missing is people finding it. Monthly work with a stated goal: more quote requests. It can be booked alongside the new site or on its own, and stopped whenever you want. See the detail on GastroSEO.

Talk about SEO

All three come with a website that works on a phone, a quote form and the Google basics in place, and are delivered ready to be submitted with a Kit Digital application. Maintenance is optional and booked separately.

Process

Four steps, no surprises

01

First meeting and business model

Which events you cater, at what margin, and who you want to say yes to. Before anyone talks about design we need to know what kind of quotes you want to receive.

02

Structure and content

The page map (weddings, corporate, contract catering and so on), the copy and the list of photos needed. This is the step that decides whether the site brings you customers.

03

Design and build

The design goes on top of that structure and then gets built: mobile-ready, fast, and with the quote form at the centre rather than at the very bottom.

04

Launch and measurement

It goes live, it is connected to Google, and we measure the only thing that really counts: how many quote requests come in each month.

Straight talk

Who this is for, and who it is not

This is for you if…

  • You have a site built years ago that barely brings in an enquiry.
  • You depend on Instagram and word of mouth and want something that is yours alone.
  • Enquiries do reach you, but they fall away before they turn into a quote.
  • Weddings and corporate catering share the same pages and Google shows you for neither.

This is not for you if…

  • You are after the cheapest website in existence: this is bespoke work, not a template.
  • You expect to show up on Google in a fortnight: that takes months.
  • You could not handle more enquiries than you already handle today.
  • You need a complex online shop or a bespoke app: that is not this service.
Frequently asked questions

What people always ask us

How much does a catering website cost?

Here, between €890 and €2,490 as a one-off payment, depending on the size of the project: €890 for the Essential site (a basic presence with a simple form), €1,490 for the Professional one (a big gallery and pages built to show up for your city) and €2,490 for the Premium one (linked up with your other tools and every page written for you). There is no compulsory monthly fee. If you also want ongoing work on Google month after month, catering SEO is billed separately and starts at €290 a month.

How long does it take to go live?

Two to four weeks from the first meeting. What usually delays a project is not the development: it is the photos and the information the caterer has to supply, which is why step 2 of the process is dedicated entirely to that.

Do I have to pay a monthly fee?

No. The website is a one-off payment and it is yours. Maintenance is a separate, optional service, and so is monthly SEO: you take them on only if you want them, and you can decide once the site is already running.

What is the Kit Digital and does it apply here?

Kit Digital is Spain's public grant scheme for the digitalisation of small businesses and self-employed professionals, and one of its categories is precisely web presence and the company website. The site is delivered ready to be submitted with an application. Whether your company meets the requirements and still has grant credit available is something to check on the scheme's official site: the awards are not ours to make.

I already have a website and a domain. What happens to them?

The domain is yours and it stays with you: nothing to move and nothing to buy again. With the existing site, the usual route is to rebuild it while keeping the addresses Google already knows, so you do not lose the visits you get today; whatever works is kept. That is settled at the first meeting, once we have looked at your site. And if yours is one of the 946 we audited, we will tell you what we found on it.

Who does the work?

GastroSEO, the hospitality marketing agency that builds and maintains this directory. It is the same team that ran the audit of 946 websites, so we know first-hand what goes wrong in this sector. Your enquiry arrives here, and the people who answer it and run the project are GastroSEO. Three catering websites are in production right now; we will publish them on this page as soon as they are live.
