2. Purpose

Catering Directory is a professional directory of catering companies in Spain. The site lets users search, compare and contact catering companies by type of service (weddings, corporate events, collective catering, home catering and others) and by city, and lets catering companies list their profile to gain visibility.

3. Terms of use

By accessing and using this website, the user accepts these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

• The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the website, in accordance with the law and good practice.
• Using the site for unlawful purposes, purposes harmful to third parties, or purposes that may damage the reputation of the directory is prohibited.
• Mass scraping, automated data extraction and reproduction of the content without authorisation are not permitted.

4. Catering company listings

Companies that list themselves in the directory:

• Must provide truthful, current and complete information.
• Are responsible for keeping the information on their profile up to date.
• Authorise the publication of their professional data in the directory.
• May request the removal of their profile at any time by writing to info@johnguerrero.es.

5. Plans and payments

The directory offers the following plans:

• Basic (free): basic profile with contact details and a nofollow link to the company website.
• Verified: complete profile with a verified company badge, dofollow link and priority over basic profiles.
• Featured: fixed position limited to three companies per combination of catering type and city, extended profile and statistics.

Featured plan positions are assigned in order of purchase and, once all three are taken, the interested company joins a waiting list. Payments for the paid plans are handled through a secure payment gateway (Stripe). The specific conditions and current prices of each plan are detailed on the plans page.

6. Intellectual property

All website content (text, images, design, logos, source code) is the property of Catering Directory or of their respective authors, and is protected by intellectual property legislation.

The images and logos on company profiles are the property of each catering company and are published with their authorisation.

7. Limitation of liability

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness or timeliness of the information published by the catering companies.
• We are not responsible for the services provided by the companies listed in the directory, nor for the quotes, contracts or events agreed between the parties.
• We are not responsible for the content of the websites linked from the directory.
• We do not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted availability of the website.

8. External links

The directory contains links to third-party websites (catering company pages, social networks, Google Maps). We have no control over these sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy policies.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the user's domicile, unless the law establishes another jurisdiction.
